Aur0ra5 Return Policy (Final Version – No Returns)

At Aur0ra5, each item is created on demand just for you — this helps reduce overproduction and environmental waste.
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


💫 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@aur0ra5.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

All custom, printed-to-order products (including apparel, accessories, and art prints) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing error.
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
